History
The roots of JBS Industries begin with Jim Stump working for a competing industrial chemical manufacturing company. Jim was a successful account executive with the company, selling their industrial chemicals across the states of West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky. Even though many sales goals were reached with the company, Jim dreamed of starting his own business. In the spring of 1979, he did just that. The early roots of JBS Industries started in a small 1,000 square foot building and focused on regional industrial accounts; specializing in selling to trucking and natural gas companies. Slow and steady growth continued throughout the eighties and early nineties. In early 1991, a direct mailer was sent to the state of Ohio containing some early car wash products. This was the first step in building the cornerstone of JBS Industries. Twelve years later, JBS has grown its sales in the car wash market at an average of 35% per year and projections for the future are phenomenal.
In addition to the car wash market, a growing number of industrial clients worldwide have made the switch to JBS Industries and its wide arrange of industrial products.
We attribute our growth in the car wash and industrial markets to product quality and unsurpassed value. Our product quality encompasses many attributes. These include: extremely concentrated products with high dilutions, product consistency, custom manufacturing capabilities, product innovation and environmental-engineered products.
